Quiet and friendly place. The launches are gr8! Limitless adventures for all ages.
Staff and residents were very helpful and friendly. Restroom and shower were clean and shower had good water pressure. We will stay again the next we are in the area
Loved the friendly Rv resort. We loved being in the “W” (Woods) area. Only one thing lacking so bring your own satellite Wi-Fi. We really enjoy being here!!
This should be labeled Space Coast Mobile park not RV park. The place has mainly full time campers who do not take care of the place. Sites had sewer hoses and trash laying around them. I have stayed at many places that have full timers but they enforce some sort of cleanliness rules. Dogs were allowed to run free and if you said you need to put a leash on the dog the comment was I live here. There were no activities except the pool and office staff were to busy to discuss anything. Encore or Thousand Trails or whoever owns this needs to clean the place up. The only good thing is the location. Sites are small and if you put your awning out you may be on your neighbors site.
Park is not being kept up. Frequent water line breaks. Propane tank leaks. People allowed to stay that sell drugs etc.
